FROM THE SESSIONS

ABOUT DINNER PARTY

Dinner Party brings together Terrace Martin, Robert Glasper, Kamasi Washington and 9th Wonder, four artists whose individual careers have helped shape contemporary jazz, hip-hop, R&B and soul. Built on years of friendship, collaboration and a shared musical language, the group turns that history into music that feels instinctive, conversational and deeply rooted in community.
Dinner Party introduced their self-titled debut in 2020, followed by Dinner Party: Dessert, expanding the project through collaborations with artists including Snoop Dogg, Herbie Hancock, Rapsody and Cordae. In 2023, the group returned with Enigmatic Society, continuing to push the boundaries between jazz, soul and hip-hop.
Their latest chapter, Whatchu Bringing?, brings the four back together with Phoelix as the album’s sole vocalist, capturing the chemistry, musicianship and perspective at the center of Dinner Party.
